Smart Buy is a mission-critical program to deliver a critical set of capabilities that includes order management and e-commerce, enabling commercial teams to sell and manage orders of any product type, stand-alone or bundled across assisted and self-service sales channels.
Executive Summary
CONTEXT
The current Order-to-Cash landscape is constrained by fragmented customer journeys, manual operations, and legacy platforms, resulting in high volumes of invoice enquiries, operational inefficiencies, and increased compliance risk. Smart Buy Program transforms by standardizing and automating Order-to-Cash processes, strengthening governance & operational productivity, enabling product innovation, and an omnichannel customer experience.
MY ROLE
Lead and direct the successful delivery of the programmes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timelines, scope and budget. Delivery governance, planning and execution oversight
RESULT
Built a foundation for growth and mitigate compliance risks for businesses in KSA. Smart Buy supported businesses in KSA with $35m forecasted revenue. Enabled businesses to be compliant with Local Government Laws for e-invoicing
